Present MCC has been filed by the applicants for modification of the MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2026.03.27 14:18:56 +0530 2 order dated 01.09.2022 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 3864/2018 in view of that this Court while passing the impugned order dated 01.09.2022 has taken into consideration the order passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2377 of 2018 in case of Sandeep Kumar Singh vs. Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank & Others decided on 27.03.2018. 2. It has been informed by both the parties that the said order passed in case of Sandeep Kumar Singh (Supra), the Hon’ble Division Bench has set aside the order dated 27.03.2018 and has directed to conclude the inquiry. 3. Since the foundation of the order passed by this Court has also been set aside by the Hon’ble Division Bench, therefore, I am of the view that the present MCC in not maintainable, however, since the Hon’ble Division Bench has set aside the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No. 394/2025, liberty is granted to the applicants to take other remedies available to them including filing of writ appeal. 4.
