Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 15.09.2025 before the respondents to dispose of the Arbitration proceedings in Ar.O.P.No.70 to 90/2013 filed against the order passed in Na.Ka.No.A/Tha.Ma.Va.A/The.Nae-66/557/2011-1 dated 30- 05-2013 based on the Award passed in dated 02.12.2022 in proceeding No Na.Ka.No. M1/37112/2015. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.A.Shyam Ganesh, learned counsel accepts notice on behal of first respondent. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 and submitted that the petitioners’ representation dated 15.09.2025 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
