In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondents to properly investigate Jama P.S. Case No. 60/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the petitioner and his family members were assaulted by the accused persons which led to institution of Jama P.S. Case No. 60/2025. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with respect to his grievance the respondent No.3 has already been approached by the petitioner by making a representation. 5. Be that as it may considering the fact that the investigation is going on in connection with Jama P.S.
