That a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction be issued to respondents directing them to give appointment to the Petitioners against the post of PET as per batch wise seniority in terms of Relaxation granted by the Respondent State.” 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted that in light of judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 194 of 2023, titled as State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Yog Raj and others alongwith connected matters, decided on 09.01.2026, now the petitioner cannot be granted the reliefs, as have 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13044 been prayed by them as the judgment, upon which the petitioners placed reliance, stands set aside by the Hon’ble Division Bench.
