The grievance of the petitioner is that despite there being an order dated 28.05.2024 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Sub-Division as found at Annexure-E directing the third respondent- Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk, to verify from the original records and consider entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records on the strength of registered sale deed dated 25.09.1957, by virtue of which, the petitioner9s husband9s grandfather and sister-in-law purchased 4.00 Acres of land in Survey No.19 of K.G.Shreenvaspura - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2006 WP No. 31233 of 2025 Village, Sompura Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, the third respondent has not complied with the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner. 3. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent-Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk to comply with the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner, verify the original records and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
