Das, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks for deletion of certain unwanted lines in the writ petition, which inadvertently has been added. The learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the statements made in Paragraph No. 12 of the writ petition and submits that the last sentence of Paragraph No. 11 is not necessary and should be deleted. He, further, submits that Notification dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure – 7) mentioned in prayer (a) of the writ petition at page No. 16 and Notification dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure – 8) mentioned in the prayer portion at page No. 18 of the writ petition should be deleted.
