In terms of the said representation, the petitioner submits that the land which is acquired belongs to the petitioner’s father, who was the recipient of a grant by the State as per Annexure-A. It is submitted that in light of the same, the petitioner’s right to receive compensation may be considered and compensation disbursed. 2.
