Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an application dated 28.07.2025 before the respondents 1 to 5, requesting them to carry out the UDR correction and transfer patta, pertaining to the subject lands, either in the name of petitioner’s father or in the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner’s father. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondents 1 to 5 till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7.
