The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No.74 of 2020, for offence registered under section 419, 420 of IPC and Section 66C, 66D of Income Tax Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as certain amounts were transferred to the account allegedly belonging to Sugal and Damini and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of fraudulently transferring the amount after hacking the account of four retailers namely, Saddam Ansari, Aklim Ansari, Sujit Kumar Gupta and Arvind Kumar from 28.01.2020 to 30.01.2020 and the allegations are there that this petitioner has transferred in the account of Sugal and Damini on the information of one Pay World in the name of Rajan Jha. 5. Regard in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and as such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
