Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 6 months and evidence of the victim is over before the learned special court. Attention of the Court has been drawn to the evidence of the victim.
Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report in respect of service effected upon the de facto complainant. Let the same be kept with the record. State has produced the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as the case diary.
I have taken into account the evidence of the victim and I am of the view that further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, POCSO Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Purba Medinipur without the prior permission of the learned trial court. Additionally, petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Chandipur Police Station till the trial of the case is completed.
With the aforesaid observation, CRM(M) 2074 of 2025 is allowed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
