ORDER:
The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.04.2017 passed in O.E.P No.6 of 2016 in O.S.No.91 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Madanapalli, Chittoor District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing upon the instructions, even though there is no interim direction in the Revision Petition, but for one reason or the other the execution proceedings are not completed and not closed. However, if the execution Court passes any further orders in execution petition, the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the same.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the present revision petition.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, if any orders are passed by the Execution Court in the execution petition, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same by initiating appropriate proceedings. No costs.
