Though the F.I.R was registered as against this petitioner at Chennai and the same was subsequently transmitted to Telangana Office. Hence, this Court lacks jurisdiction to prosecute the case. 2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.
