The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is currently no Supervisory Committee to administer the affairs of the Chota Naksha Charities. Consequently, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate directions. 3. Per contra, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, as on date, the Supervisory Committee is currently active and is managing the affairs of the Chota Naksha Charities in Royapettah, Chennai 4. The submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, and it is accordingly dismissed. However, it is clarified that if the tenure of the existing Supervisory Committee has expired and has not been extended in accordance with law, the respondent shall take immediate steps to constitute a fresh Supervisory Committee to manage the affairs of the Chota Naksha Charities, Royapettah, Chennai, in accordance with law.
