The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation dated 23.01.2026 seeking the reconveyance of her father’s share in the unutilized acquired lands located at Vellalore Village, Coimbatore Taluk. However, the same has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent is the authority competent to consider the case of the petitioner and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 4th respondent / Commissioner, Coimbatore __________ Page3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18673 of 2026 City Municipal Corporation, to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.01.2026.
