This is an application filed under Section 438(1) of BNSS, 2023 for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 28.06.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Tinsukia in N.I. Case No. 113/2021 as well as for suspension of sentence passed therein and affirmed by the judgment dated 19.02.2026, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Tinsukia in Criminal Appl. No. 15(3)/2024. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, let the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 28.06.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Tinsukia in N.I. Case No. 113/2021 as well as for suspension of sentence passed therein and affirmed by the judgment dated 19.02.2026, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Tinsukia in Criminal Appl. No. 15(3)/2024 be stayed/suspended till disposal of the connected revision petition. 4. Further the previous bail granted earlier to the present petitioner/applicant is hereby extended till disposal of the connected revision petition and the petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected criminal revision petition. 5.
