The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gomia P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025. It has been alleged that a theft was committed in the house of the informant in which cash and ornaments worth Rs.17,47,800/- were found stolen. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has confessed to selling some stolen jewellery to Rahul Verma and on disclosure of Rahul Verma, some of the ornaments were recovered. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to period of custody undergone by the petitioenr, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Gomia P.S.
