Without pressing the writ petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit which is pending since 2017 may kindly be ordered to be decided as expeditiously as possible. 2. Considered. 3. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments. If no other suit filed prior to the year 2017 is pending. However, such preference shall be [2026:RJ-JP:15912] (2 of 2) [CW-5012/2024] accorded only if no earlier suit is pending.
