JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23588 WP No. 8746 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: "a) Declare that the Petitioner is entitled to proportionate service weightage for the academic years 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012, in terms of the service rendered by the Petitioner from the date of joining and in accordance with the judgments rendered in W.A.No.5127/2012 and W.A.No.5183-61/2012 with connected appeals and in W.A.No.545/2021 dated 07-11-2022; b) Direct the Respondents to consider the representation dated:06-0and grant the proportionate service weightage for the aforesaid academic years while computing the total marks of the Petitioner for selection purposes, and consequently declare the Petitioner eligible for selection against the post of Principal;. c) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. " 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation dated 05.03.2026 at Annexure-M submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23588 WP No. 8746 of 2026 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 05.03.2026 at Annexure-M and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
