This bail application has been filed on behalf of Amit Yadav who is in custody since 10.11.2025 in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 248 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 4 and 21 MMDR Act, 13 of JM(PIMTS) Rules 2017 and 30(ii) of Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of ACJM, Latehar, is pressed into motion. Thirty tons of coal were seized from a truck and it is alleged that this petitioner was involved in the illegal transportation of the said stolen coal. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he has no connection with that coal said to be stolen and he has no criminal antecedent Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that he was escorting the truck in a separate Brezza Car. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
