Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 19.03.2026 before the 1st respondent against the order passed by the 2nd respondent for rejection of patta. However, the said appeal was not at all considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s appeal will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7.
