The grievance of the petitioner is that despite there being an order dated 02.07.2021 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Tumakuru Sub-Division at Annexure-C, directing the second respondent-Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk to verify from the records, find out as to whether the Land Tribunal had passed an order on 30.05.1999 conferring the occupancy rights in favour of the petitioner's father-Late Sri Doddaiah @ Buddaiah @ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2000 WP No. 30184 of 2025 Muddaiah, in respect of 06 Guntas of land in Survey No.31/43 situated at the Ippadi Village, Huthridurga Hubli, Kunigal Taluk, Tumakur District and if it is found that such an order was passed and Form No.10 was issued in favour of Sri.Doddiah, then the name of the legal representatives of Late Sri.Doddaiah shall be entered in the revenue records, no order has been passed by the Tahsildar. 3. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the second respondent- Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk, to comply with the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner in terms of the orders passed at Annexure-C, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and after verifying the original records, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
