These bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S, 2023 has been filed by the accused petitioners in connection with FIR No.268/2025 registered at Police Station- Mandhan District Kotputli-Behror, (Raj.) for the offences under Sections 189(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 307, 119(1), 111(2)(B) of BNS. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor. 4. The allegations against the accused-petitioners who were running a Dhaba and there was some dispute as regards the payment of the food. In the alleged incident, the injured Raj Kumar is said to have sustained injuries out of which three have been found to be grievous in nature and those three injuries are in legs and right hand. The police after completion of the investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the accused-petitioners are in custody for more than two months and except Kundan who is facing one other criminal case, there are no criminal antecedents against the remaining petitioners. 5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that the grievous injuries are on the vital part of the body and the police has [2026:RJ-JP:15905] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-5733/2026] already submitted charge-sheet in the matter, this court without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications are allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided that they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only)(each), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 7. In case the accused-petitioner is found to be involved in any other criminal case of similar nature in future, the prosecution may move application for cancellation of his bail.
