This is an application filed for correction of the cause title as well as for correction/modification of the earlier interim bail order dated 18.02.2026, passed in the connected AB No. 337/2026. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Ullah, learned counsel that inadvertently in the cause title of the connected AB No. 337/2026, the name of the petitioner has been typed as ‘Priyakhi Chutia, son of Jitu Chutia’, which ought to have been ‘Priyakhi Chutia, daughter of Jitu Chutia’. 4. He further submitted that in the interim bail order dated 18.02.2026, passed in the connected AB No. 337/2026, in para 4 the ‘Pulibor’ Police Station has been wrongly typed as ‘Koliobor’ police station. Further, in para 5 of the said order dated 18.02.2026 ‘Pulibor’ police station has been wrongly typed as ‘Kolibior’ police station. Accordingly, Mr. Ullah prayed for correction of the typographical errors which occurred in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the order dated 18.02.2026, passed earlier in AB No. 337/2026. 5. Mr. Lahkar, learned APP has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. 6. Accordingly, in the interim bail order dated 18.02.2026, passed earlier in AB No. 337/2026 the word ‘Koliobor’ occurred in para 4 of the said order dated 18.02.2026 shall now be read as ‘Pulibor’ police station as well as the word ‘Kolibior’ occurred in para 5 of the said order shall now be read as ‘Pulibor’. 7. Further the Registry is also directed to correct the cause title of the connected AB No. 337/2026 by inserting the word ‘Priyakhi Chutia, daughter of Jitu Chutia’ instead of ‘Priyakhi Chutia, son of Jitu Chutia’. 8. This order shall be read together with the order dated 18.02.2026, passed earlier in the connected AB No. 337/2026. Page No.# 3/3 9.
