1. None appears for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Sauvik Nandy, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents Union of India, at the outset submits that this writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India takes exception to the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal in contempt jurisdiction. In the meantime, the main relief granted by the Tribunal in O.A. 350/1313/2019 has been complied with and appointment order dated 05.02.2025 is passed in favour of the present petitioner. Thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter.
3. As noticed, nobody entered appearance to oppose the same.
4. The Registry is directed to keep Office Order No. SER/P-CKP/ENGG/RECTT/LL/POSTING/TM-IV /5/2025 dated 05.02.2025, on record.
5. In view of such appointment order in favour of the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in
2 this petition. The petition is dismissed having rendered infructuous.
