The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 01/2026. 3. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the Police and they were suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. From the possession of the petitioner two mobile phones and SIMs were recovered. 4. It has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that no victim has lodged any case against the petitioner. 5. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was involved in two cases earlier but in both the cases he has been acquitted. 6. Learned Counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2026. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction ( 2026:JHHC:7304 ) of the Addl.
