Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.03.2025 before the respondents seeking proper maintenance of the road in S.No.433/2 Settikarai Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26118 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 Dharmapuri District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 14.03.2025 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2025, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
