Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased 1 Acre 15½ Guntas of land out of 2 Acres and 31 Guntas in Survey No.70 situated at Rachenahalli Village, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk under a registered Sale Deed dated 18.04.1972. However, since there was dispute, the petitioner filed O.S.No.7034/1995 on the file of the learned LXVI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, (CCH-67), - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5262 WP No. 29953 of 2025 Bengaluru City, against all the khathedars, whose names are reflected in the RTC, seeking declaration, possession and injunction. The suit was decreed by judgment dated 29.01.2024 at AnnexureB, declaring that the petitioner/ plaintiff is the owner of 1 Acre and 15½ Guntas of land out of 2 Acres 31 Guntas in Survey No.70 situated at Rachenahalli Village, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk as per the registered sale deed dated 18.04.1972. Consequent to the said judgment and decree, the petitioner has given several representations to the 1st respondent-Tahsildar to enter the petitioner's name in the revenue records, pursuant to the registered sale deed and the judgment and decree passed by the Civil Court. However, the 1st respondent has not taken any action on the representations given by the petitioner. 3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent-Tahsildar, Bangalore East Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5262 WP No. 29953 of 2025 Annexure-C. Issue notice to all concerned and thereafter, proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in terms of the registered sale deed and the judgment and decree passed by the Civil Court, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 2 (Two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.
