2026:JHHC:4930 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No.11407 of 2025 Kaila Yadav @ Sandeep Jee @ Sandeep Yadav, aged about 35 years, Son of Bhagi Yadav, Resident of village Hedum, P.O.- Dwarika, P.S. Panki, District Palamau / Jharkhand. … …Petitioner(s)/Applicant(s) Versus The State of Jharkhand … …Opp. Party(s) --- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR --- For the Petitioner(s)/Applicant(s) : Mr. Naveen Kumar Jaiswal, Adv. For the State : Mr. A.K. Pathak, A.P.P. --- 03/19.02.2026: Heard the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 24.12.2024, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.80 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.193 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 of Arms Act and Section 17 of CLA Act, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. It is 3rd attempt. Earlier bail application of the applicant has been rejected twice on merit by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. From the report called for, it appears that already five witnesses have examined. 5. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant(s) stands rejected.
