The petitioner claims to be aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not disclosing the marks obtained by him in the selection test for recruitment to the post of Udayan Palan Projukti Sahayak under the Department of Food Processing Industries and Horticulture. 2. The petitioner refers to an order dated January 9, 2023 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in WPST No.76 of 2022 filed by the petitioner wherein there was a direction upon the respondents to disclose the marks obtained by the petitioner in the written test as well as in the interview separately. 3. From the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner, under the Right to Information Act, 2005, by a communication dated July 18, 2022, was intimated that he secured 78.33 marks in the preliminary screening test (written test) and 60 in the interview. The cut-off marks in the category OBC, PH (B/LV) is 63.67. 4. As the petitioner appears to have secured marks less than the cut-off, accordingly, the recommendation for appointment cannot be given to the petitioner. 5. The Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter. 6. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 7. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
