The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the issuance of notice dated 31.03.2023 by the respondent No.6 for retirement of the writ petitioner, in not extending the age of retirement from 60 years to 62 years, and consequently to direct the respondents to raise the age of superannuation from 60 years to 62 years as per G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR and LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022, and as per G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 04.02.2019 and G.O.Ms.No.36 dated 01.03.2019, and to continue the petitioner till he attains the age of 62 years in the 5th and 6th respondent societies. 2. There is an interim direction passed by this Court dated 07.03.2023, wherein, directing to continue the petitioner in service up to the age of superannuation of 62 years. As the age of 62 years is also attained, 3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with regard to payment or any other reliefs, it is open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies, in accordance with law.
