However, he would only seek that the application dated 02.07.2026 may be disposed of within a reasonable time. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents understand that the building owner has not given consent for operating cake shop. Until such time, the petitioner may not be permitted to run the cake shop. 3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Application in 71148059 dated 02.07.2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
