Learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated that the suspension was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated, hence, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous. 3. The party in person is present before this Court and sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition, as the cause of action does not survive, and the same was endorsed on the bundle. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the findings in the reinstatement order, he is at liberty to challenge the same for appropriate proceedings as the cause of action is entirely different from the present cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
