The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the delay of 657 days in representing the present appeal was occasioned solely due to the inadvertent misplacement of the returned bundle in the office. 3. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 657 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within one week from today.
