The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s): “It is, therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the impugned order dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by the court of Learned session judge Raigarh may kindly be set- aside, arising out of order dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-2), passed by J.M.F.C. Raigarh and the judgement of conviction may kindly be passed by awarding the sentence to the respondent and compensation to be paid by the respondent to the petitioner under section 138 of the N. I. Act and double the amount of money mentioned in cheque by remanding the matter back to the learned J.M.F.C. Raigarh may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges. 4.
