By means of this criminal misc. application, applicant has prayed that part of the sentence/ imprisonment awarded to the applicant in the judgments of conviction passed in various cases of Negotiable Instruments Act may run concurrently. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had filed appeals against these conviction orders, which is pending before learned Session Judge, Dehradun. 5. Be it as it may, it is always open to the applicant to move application for making the punishment run concurrently before the trial court. 6.
