Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13652 of 2026 involved in eight previous criminal cases. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested in the present case on 15.06.2026. Hence, he strongly opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. This Court heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier arrested in Crime No.545 of 2025 and, after being released on bail, allegedly continued to harass and stalk the victim, the present case came to be registered. The investigation is still in progress. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 7.
