Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR. 3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.152 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
