ORDER This petition is filed to condone the delay of 883 days in representing the above Second Appeal. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the delay of 883 days in representing the present appeal was occasioned by the fact that certain documents were in handwritten form and had to be typed before the appeal papers could be represented. No.206 of 2026 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J LS appeal papers have now been fully prepared and all the defects pointed out by the Registry have been duly rectified, and therefore, prayed that the delay may be condoned. 3. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 883 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within one week from today.
