Having perused the averments made in the Interim Application, I find that the same is entirely formal in nature and would have to be allowed. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘a’, which reads thus: “(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the amendment as per the Schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit 'A';” 3.
