VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.22782/2024 (LA-BDA). The operative part of the said order reads as under: ORDER i. Respondent Nos.2 and 3/BDA are directed to place the file pertaining to 4 1/2 guntas of land in Sy.No.40/1 (New Sy.No.40/13) of Sriramapura Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, before the committee headed by Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.N.Keshavanarayana and subsequent to the recommendations made, take a decision whether to drop the land from acquisition or not. ii. Writ petition is disposed of. 2. Accused Nos.2 and 3 have filed an affidavit affirming that the file pertaining to the land in question is sent to the Committee headed by Justice K.N.Keshavanarayana. The second part of the order cannot be complied with at this stage as the Committee has not furnished its recommendation. 4. In view of the above, no proceedings for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2024 is required to be initiated. 5. The complaint is accordingly closed.
