Case No. 246 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the offence under Arms Act will not be made out against him, as no fire arm or ammunitions has been seized from this petitioner or from his house. As per the FIR, the said fire arm was seized from the house of one Rafikul Shekh. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
