Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now he is not appearing for the petitioner and he has already given no objection certificate. 3. This Court, while dismissing Crl.P.No.9238/2024, as withdrawn vide order dated 04.02.2025, has reserved liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for bail before the Sessions Court after the examination of CW.1 to CW.4. The learned Sessions Judge has rejected the bail petition vide order dated 18.08.2025. 5. Petitioner, along with the other accused, has been charge sheeted for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 212 of IPC. 6. It is submitted by the learned High Court Government Pleader that the trial is in progress and CW.1 to CW.4, being the material witnesses, have supported the case of prosecution. 7.
