According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, his properties were sold by the accused persons using forged documents. An FIR has been registered to the said effect on 10.03.2025. The respondent police have filed an application under Section 107 of BNSS on 23.06.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate seeking to attach the properties above. The said application has neither been numbered nor been returned by the concerned Court. Hence the present petition. 3.Considering the above facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to number the said application, if it is otherwise in order and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
