Pharm (RS4) scheduled from 13.10.2025 for the subject, Pharmaceutical Engineering (paper code C04) scheduled on 23.10.2025. 2. This Court, vide order dated 13.10.2025, permitted the petitioner to appear for the examination scheduled to commence from 23.10.2025 and also again on 03.11.2025, this Court directed the respondent- University to declare and announce the result of the petitioner with other students. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 03.11.2025, the respondent has announced the result of the petitioner and declared ‘failed’ in the aforesaid subject. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:1118 WP No. 28281 of 2025 In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
