After attaining majority, she got married to the sole accused on 18.01.2025 and the marriage has been registered before the Joint Sub-Registrar, Tirunelveli, on 09.12.2025. 3.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4.
