Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 62 days by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and he has also filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any further offence. 3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3657 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.348 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. 4.
