JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 24.02.2026 Heard Mr. J.I. Mondal, learned counsel appearing for the petitionera. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. By this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (1) Anjuwara Begum; (2) Sahanaj Parbin @ Shahanas Parbin @ Sahnaz Parbin; (3) Saima Khatun; (4) Narjina Parbin @ Narjin; (5) Azmina Begum @ Ajmina Begum; (6) Mabiya Khatun; (7) Sahabuddin @ Kena; and (8) Saiful Islam have prayed for pre-arrest bail, who apprehend arrest in connection with Dalgaon P.S. Case No. 184/2025. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that all the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer in pursuance to the liberty granted by this Court and have participated in the investigation proceedings. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has further submitted that statements of only two of the accused persons are available on record with him today. 5. In view of the matter that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the investigation proceedings till now, this Court deems it fit to make the interim protection granted to the petitioners vide order dated 27.01.2026 by this Court absolute. 6. Accordingly, the interim order dated 27.01.2026 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to condition that the petitioners shall participate in the investigation as and when required failing which this bail order shall automatically cancelled. 7.
