This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 25.08.2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 483 of 2024 (S/S), “Abhilasha Saxena and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”; and in connected matters. 2. By the order dated 25.08.2025, following direction was issued :- “26. All the writ petitions are allowed. Pursuant to the advertisement dated 11.03.2024 of the Board, the cut off date for determining the age of the petitioners shall be 01.07.2020. By the interim orders of this Court, all the petitioners were permitted to participate in the recruitment process, but it was directed to the Board that their result shall not be declared. Now, in view of this judgment, the Board shall declare the result of the petitioners.” 3. Heard Mr. Rahul Adhikari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for the Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board. 1 2026:UHC:2478 4. Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, Advocate, submitted on instructions that the result of the petitioner has been declared on 25.03.2026. 5. After the said submission of Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, Advocate, Mr. Rahul Adhikari, Advocate, submitted that the petitioner Smt. Suman Bala does not want to pursue the present matter further. 6. In view of the above, this contempt petition does not require any further consideration.
