1. The present matter has been taken up on office note.
2. On the last date of hearing, i.e., 20.01.2026, the following directions were issued to the learned Trial Court while disposing of the captioned petition:
“...However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let comments/reply be called for from the concerned Presiding Officer who passed the order dated 17.12.2025 in this regard. The comments shall be forwarded through the concerned District and Sessions Judge and placed before this Court by the Registry within a period of two weeks from date..”
3. Comments dated 03.02.2026 have been received from the concerned Presiding Officer, which have been perused by this Court and the same have been found to be satisfactory.
4. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is
disposed of.
