A perusal of the records reveal that pre cognizance enquiry has been completed by the Court and cognizance has been taken and it is in the stage of serving of summons to the accused person. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that every time the case is being adjourned by three months or five months. According to him, the accused is working as a Special Sub Inspector of Police and therefore, it is not necessary to adjourn for a longer date for completing service of summons. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No. 87 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible. 5.
